We’re back! After the fantastic response to our first two events, Verdello is excited to invite you to our third pop-up wine bar. Sip on carefully selected wines, enjoy live music on our outdoor patio, and soak in a casual, welcoming atmosphere perfect for friends, date night, or a spontaneous treat. No reservations needed—just drop in anytime between 5 and 8 PM.

This evening will feature live performances by a local artist (artist TBA) bringing a vibrant sound that perfectly complements a relaxed evening of wine under the Wyoming sky.

Pre-Made Charcuterie Boards
Elevate your evening with our handcrafted charcuterie boards, designed to pair beautifully with our wine selections. Each board features a curated mix of artisan cheeses, cured meats, fresh fruit, and our house-made truffle nuts—perfect for one or two to share. Hosting a larger group? Give us a call ahead and we’ll have your boards ready.

Oil & Vinegar Flights
Add a flavorful twist with our unique oil and vinegar flights. Enjoy a tasting of three premium extra virgin olive oils and three gourmet vinegars, served with our house-made baguette. It’s the perfect way to explore bold flavors and complement your charcuterie and wine.
