Join us on this journey of tasting four different vintages of our most decorated beer, thoughtfully paired with cheeses from around the world that will excite and entice your palate.
1314 is a malt-forward, strong ale (12% ABV) made once a year to commemorate the anniversary of our brewery. This rich, mahogany-colored beer spends 10 months aging in Wyoming Whisky barrels yielding a finished product that is as complex as it is seductive. As the beer ages, an array of flavors present themselves in the glass: toffee, figs, vanilla, oak, & bourbon.
This particular class on February 17th will be held at Black Tooth Brewery.
