Chef Maxwell will get you crackin’ in a switch up with mouthwatering breakfast recipes at dinner time!  From an egg bake to the classic benedict, this class will fine tune your skills and show that Breakfast is easy & perfectly satisfying for dinner! 


  • Bloody Mary’s with Bruce Julian Bloody mix, sassy beans & southern mojo rims
  • Homemade Buttermilk Pancakes with Blueberry Blossom Honey Butter
  • Eggs Benedict: poaching secrets and hand whipped tarragon hollandaise, Hatch chile Muffins and Verdello’s finest cured meat
  • Spring Veggie Egg Bake: family sized quiche with fontina cheese & delish fresh veggies
  • Roasties: Crispy potato pancakes done right!
