You know you can drink your dinner, but did you know that you can also dine on your favorite cocktails? Join Chef Tammi in this top shelf, boozy themed class as she turns some of the most popular cocktails into a multi-course meal. Cheers! Dinner is poured!

Bloody Mary Shrimp Cocktail ~ wild caught gulf shrimp, vodka, avocado, celery and more in a classic homemade Bloody Mary mix

Greens with a Mojito Vinaigrette ~ butter lettuce, mint, berries, feta and almonds; dressed to impress with a vinaigrette of white rum, mint, lime and agave

Dirty Martini Focaccia Bread + Lemon Drop Martini Butter ~ homemade focaccia with a gin brine, Castelvetrano olives and blue cheese; hot out of the oven and slathered with a butter of Citron vodka, honey and lemon

Margarita Chicken and Rice Bowl ~ chicken breasts marinated in 21 Seed Valencia Orange Tequila, lime and honey; grilled and served with cilantro rice, grilled corn, freshly made pico de gallo, avocado, and queso and topped off with a cilantro-lime-jalapeno crema

Old Fashioned Panna Cotta ~ made with top shelf bourbon, old fashioned syrup and orange bitters; garnished with brandied cherries and an orange peel

White Russian ~ the classic after dinner drink; vodka, Kahlua and cream
