Filipino First

Filipino food is characterized by the combination of three flavors – sweet,  sour and salty.  Compared to other Southeast Asian countries, spices and heat are not as prominent in traditional Filipino cuisine.  Join Chef Terri in this adventure to discover her favorites from Lumpia to Biko!


Calamansi Whiskey Sour:  A cocktail highlighting one of the most frequently used fruits in Filipino Cooking.

Chicken Tocino:  A popular Filipino dish that is sweet & tangy

Lumpia: A local version of spring rolls

Fried Bananas:  Fried bananas are sweet, creamy and decadent

Tomato & Cucumber Salad:  This light and refreshing salad is served with a Filipino Vinaigrette

Biko Sticky Rice Cake:  A rich and chewy rice cake
