Holiday Pies – Afternoon

Just in time for the Thanksgiving holiday! Get a jump on your baking by joining us for a pie making class. You will get to make two pies, from scratch, including the dough, and you will be able to take them home for turkey day! While the pies are basic holiday favorites, you will have the opportunity to practice some dough making skills, such as lattice work, fancy crusts or leaf cutouts. The cost of the class includes two pie rings, which will be yours to keep. IMPORTANT: You will need to bring two 9 inch pie plates (ceramic or glass, preferably)-NO Aluminum! Two time slots will be offered and each class is limited to six people. Both pies can be modified to be gluten free.
