Holy MOLE!

MOLE is one of Mexico’s most complex and historic sauces.  The name comes from the Nahuatl word molli, and it refers to a category of viscous sauces that can have more than 30 ingredients.  Join us and transport yourself to Oaxaca, as you learn how to make three variations of Mole along with homemade tortillas to soak up the delicious sauces!
