It’s Greek to Me

 Greek food is full of vegetables, grains, fish, wine, meat and of course, olive oil.  Inspired by the fresh, whole food found in Greek cuisine, enjoy these five easy and tasty recipes.  This class features some of our specialty Greek seasonings, with plenty of Dill olive oil and Roasted Garlic Balsamic Vinegar.   Join Chef Heather for a Mediterranean inspired journey.

  • Naan with Tzatziki
  • Greek Salad- Horiatiki
  • Souvlaki-Meat on a stick
  • Spanakopita “spinach pie”
