Le Jour de Crêpes

The French tradition La Chandeleur (Candlemas) takes place on February 2nd each year and is considered the last cycle of the Christmas celebration. The day is honored by feasting on crêpes! Join Chef Lindsey  in this fun  hands on cooking class that focuses on the art of the French crêpe. You’ll learn that crêpes aren’t as fancy or as difficult as you might think but rather quick and easy to make – not to mention versatile.
