Traditional Pasta Making

Preparing a Sunday dinner with homemade pasta and the perfect Italian sauce can provide a pleasant alternative to another afternoon of leftovers or eating out.  Pair it with some of Verdello’s finest wine selections and you will be making this a weekend tradition in no time. 



    • Bruschetta: diced plum tomatoes, basil,  olive oil on crusty bread slices rubbed with fresh garlic
    • Secondi:  Hand-Made Cappelletti with Italian Sauce
    • Pasta Filling: browned and chopped pork loin, chicken breast and mortadella, ricotta cheese and parmesan cheese with a dash of nutmeg.
    • Pasta Sauce(2 applications): classic Alfredo, and the more traditional In Brodo
    • Dolce: Diplomatico, chocolate dessert with rum and coffee made with pound cake.
