Lindsey is a level 2 WSET (Wine and Spirit Education Trust) graduate through Napa Valley Wine Academy and has completed the Cheese Boot Camp through Murray’s Cheese in New York. Cristina works with Republic National Distributing Company out of Casper as a licensed wine representative. With these ladies’ experience, you know you are in good hands to learn tried and true pairing concepts in the Verdello Kitchen.
