Wine Styles Happy Hour

Let’s make your entertaining more elevated this Spring by learning the three wine styles & small plate appetizer combinations featuring Verdello Cheese that are sure to impress your friends & family for your next small gathering.  Join Lindsey to explore three different styles of wine (Sparkling, Still and Fortified) and the history behind what makes each style unique.  Wines & featured cheeses will be available for purchase after the class.



Sparkling wine: Prosecco 

Appetizer Plate: Prosciutto wrapped dates stuffed with our favorite goat cheese

Still wine: Spelt Montepulciano (Italian red wine)

Entree Plate: Beef, Mushroom, Aged Cheddar, Balsamic onion slider

Fortified: Port wine

Dessert Plate: Blue Cheese & Dark Chocolate pairing
