Cornbread Muffins with Whipped Bourbon Butter

There is no shame when it comes to saving time in the kitchen! Replace the oil in the cornbread mix for our Maple-Wood Smoked Bacon Infused Olive Oil and top with our sweet and bourbon-y butter for an out of this world mix of sweet and savory flavors!

  • Follow directions on boxed cornbread mix, substituting Maple-Wood Smoked Bacon Infused Olive Oil for the vegetable oil.
  • Meanwhile in a medium bowl use a small whisk or hand mixer to whip together the butter, balsamic, maple syrup, and salt.
  • Serve cornbread muffins with whipped bourbon butter and enjoy!
