Biscuits and Bloodies

 Ordering café biscuits and gravy is a dangerous game. They might serve up good biscuits or good gravy, but the double whammy is unlikely at best. Join guides Jules and Mitch Craft in their quest to perfect this elusive brunch star, with homemade bloody marys in hand. The Crafts will share the family secret for garnishing and presenting the perfect B&G plate. We’ll round out the meal with a dressed fruit salad.


  • Bloody Marys – from scratch mix with a kick, garnished with pickled Verdello fare
  • Big Mama Biscuits – towering, flakey buttermilk biscuits
  • Sausage Gravy – pork sausage and rosemary béchamel gravy
  • Honeyed Fruit Salad – ripe fruit with citrus, honey, and black pepper dressing
