French Dessert Design

Now that the season of pumpkin pie and apple crisp has come to an end, it’s time for a trip to the dessert capital of the world for a taste of something new. Oui, Paris, France!

This class will combine classic French pastry techniques with a few modern surprises to create and plate a Parisian-style tart. Rich ganache, spiced pear, tart ginger pearls, and a crackling chocolate crunch will be just a few of the temptations on your plate.  


Bring along your flare for the fancy and prepare for a dessert that will make you say, “Ooh la la!”



  • (Plated) Chocolate-Pear Tart
  • Sweet olive oil gel
  • Ginger balsamic pearls
  • Chantilly: Chantilly Crème is referred to as crème Chantilly and in France is used as a topping for various desserts
  • Cocoa Tuile

Class price  $55/ per person
