It is a common misconception that Italian cuisine is entirely about pizza, rice, and pasta. Indeed, saying Italian cuisine is all about carb-based dishes is a bit like reading the first chapter of a book and then putting it down thinking you know the entire story.  Let’s travel to Northern Italy, specifically the Piedmont region.  Piedmont recipes are going to be entirely different than recipes from Rome, Florence, or Sicily. And a big part of this is because of the key ingredients the Piedmont region is known for.

 

Menu:

    • Antipasto: Bagna Cauda- lots of garlic, olive oil and anchovy dip served with veggies
    • Primo: Fonduta-melted cheese and truffles
    • Minestrone soup- hearty rustic version you won’t forget
    • Secondo: Ultimate Bolognese Sauce- “Don King” style
    • Scratch-Made Fettuccine Noodles 
    • Dolce: Panna Cotta 

 

Class price is $65/per person
