Take a journey with Chef Heather blending traditions of Mexican food with modern Colorado flair.  From fresh squeezed, festive cocktails, bright and bold flavors, fresh ingredients and unique combinations that characterize a Mexican cuisine that you will want to be the centerpiece of any occasion.

Menu:

  • Blood Orange Coin Margarita- fresh squeezed blood orange, aperol, lime
  • Salsa Sampler: Roasted Arbol Chile Salsa & Spicy Avocado Verde
  • Posole Verde- traditional hominy stew, braised pork, green chile, cabbage, radish, pickled fresno, cilantro
  • Poblano Relleno- Poblano chiles stuffed with cheese, fried and served with new mexico red chile sauce
  • Chicken Enchiladas– smoked cheese and green chile sauce
  • Tres Leche Cake- fluffy white cake soaked in 3 milks served with fresh strawberries
