Cruising the Mediterranean

All aboard with Chef Tammi for a culinary cruise through the best ports of call in the Mediterranean!

Embark in France for pan fried brie cheese with olives, capers and pink peppercorn honey.

The next stop is Sardinia for fregola tostata citrus salad with an orange dressing

Next, hit the buffet line in Italy for the entrée of golden tomato campanelle served with an Italian seasoned chicken breast with a bruschetta topping and balsamic drizzle.

No trip to the Med is complete without an excursion in Greece, so enjoy a Mediterranean buttermilk biscuit made with yogurt, olives, sun dried tomatoes and feta; served hot and brushed with lemon-oregano butter.

The dessert stop is the island of Capri, for Limoncello granita with a raspberry Chantilly cream.

Finally, disembark in Sicily with an amaretto and almond cookie.
