Welcome to American Classic cooking! In this class, you will experience and learn to master some iconic American dishes infused with a creative flair. Discover the secrets of classics like chicken and waffles with maple butter, decadent Mac & Cheese with bread crumb topping and use phyllo dough to create a crispy, buttery, flaky beef turnover; all honing in on techniques you can use at home. This will be a deliciously memorable experience that will leave you inspired to add your own flair and recreate these comfort-food dishes; great for pirates or just a night at home. We will put some heart and soul into these classic dishes!
