Sounds fancy, doesn’t it? En papillote means “in parchment”, and it is a method of cooking that is not only an elegant presentation, but an ingenious way to guarantee a delicious dinner! In this hands-on class, Chef Don will teach you the correct folding technique to ensure that your dinner comes out of the packet perfectly cooked. From an easy and beautifully garnished soup to a favorite family dessert, this menu is sure to impress…both in presentation and in taste.
