Up your camping game with Chef Tammi in this gourmet campfire food class. Guaranteed to be no hotdogs, chips or pork and beans around this campfire, you’ll learn to elevate your camping cuisine on your next glamping adventure. Besides making your own chicken salsa verde packet, you will get to dine on all three entrées. Everything is cooked in foil, so there’s still no dishes to wash!


  • Foil Wrapped French Feta ~ with capers, tomatoes and garlic ~ baked over the coals and served with a baguette.
  • Carolina Low Country Boil ~ shrimp, andouille, potatoes and corn on the cob cooked in beer, butter and Old Bay’s ~ served family style in a foil pan.
  • Creamy Chicken Salsa Verde ~ individual packets of chicken breast, black beans and rice in a creamy salsa verde, topped with pepper jack ~ grilled in foil packets.
  • Honey-Mustard Salmon with Grilled Caesar Asparagus ~ a whole side of wild Alaskan salmon slathered with honey-mustard sauce ~ served with grilled asparagus that gets topped with Caesar dressing, parm and croutons.
  • Cherrywood Smoked S’mores ~ graham cracker crumble with Dove chocolate pudding and torched marshmallow crème ~ put into mini mason jars and smoked with cherrywood.
  •  The All-Night Gourmet S’mores Bar ~ you’ll get recipes for ten different gourmet s’mores ideas to take along on your next camping trip.
