Italian Pasta Making

With Summer fading into Fall, preparing a Sunday dinner with homemade pasta and an Alfredo sauce can provide a pleasant alternative to another afternoon of football.  You will prepare an appetizer of roasted red peppers and anchovies while enjoying a glass of Prosecco, and learn the stretching technique for freshly made flat pasta. You will make a butter and cream pasta sauce to go with the pasta, and a tiramisu to conclude the experience.

 

Menu:

  • Italian toast with Prosecco(sparkling wine)
  • Roasted Peppers & Anchovies
  • Fettuccine- Handmade Egg Pasta
  • Butter & Cream Sauce
  • Dolce Pievano (Ligurian Ladyfingers Dessert with Cocoa and Espresso Cream, Rum and Marsala)
