Julia Child Revisited

Chef Maxwell will be paying homage to Julia Child, with some twists on her take of French cuisine. This will be a very hands-on class and you will be sure to leave with inspiration for your own dishes!

  • White cheddar gougeres: Choux pastry cheese puffs 
  • Poms Anna: French melted Potatoes 
  • Haricot Verts: Elegantly buttered green beans 
  • Beef Bourguignon: a classic Braised Beef Stew
  • Madeleines: Lemon Butter Cookies
