Pizza all’Italiana

Explore the Italian language while learning to make exceptional pizza! We’ll master the art of the Grandma Pie- a light and crispy pan pizza. This fun and hands-on class will cover both sourdough and yeasted dough recipes, how to turn your toppings into a work of art, and everything you need to know about getting the best results from your home oven. As we cook and eat, Caitlin Addlesperger will compliment the class with a fun Italian 101 lesson.

Kale and radicchio caesar
Sourdough pizza margherita
Sourdough pizza with roasted mushrooms, preserved lemon, and rosemary cream
