First Course: Summer Tomato Gazpacho ~ a cold refreshing soup with made with vine ripened tomatoes, Spanish sherry and finished Sicilian lemon oil and topped with crispy serrano ham, chopped egg and served with goat cheese toasts
Entree: Paella Mixta ~ Valencian style paella made with bomba rice, sofrito and saffron; loaded with chorizo, chicken, shrimp, lobster and clams.
Dessert: Torrijas ~ an authentic Spanish dessert, this soaked bread is a cross between bread pudding and French toast. It’s fried in olive oil and then dusted with cinnamon and sugar.
