Spanish Tapas & Terroir

The climate and soil, known as “terroir” give Spanish wines their distinctive flavors and this class features a winning combination of tapas and terroir! This menu will check all the boxes for a delicious sampling of some of Spain’s most popular ingredients. Chef Heather has an extensive background with Spanish, Latin and Mexican cuisine, so these small plates are sure to make for a delightful evening! 

  

Menu:

  • Croquetas de Jamon-Fried Spanish Ham Croquettes
  • Stuffed Piquillo Peppers-mild peppers stuffed with goat cheese, manchego and served on baguette
  • Chicken Pintxo- Skewered Chicken bites in Red Chimichurri
  • Patatas Bravas (Brave Potatoes) with salsa brava
  • Arroz con Leche-creamy Spanish rice pudding
