This potato salad is so simple, yet so flavorful! The dill and lemon flavors pairs perfectly with tender potatoes and a touch of mayo for a unique twist on the normal potato salad. You neighborhood BBQ just got a little tastier.

Ingredients:
- 2 lb Red Potatoes, large dice
- 1 Tbsp Dill Olive Oil
- 1/4 cup Mayo
- 2 Tbsp Cucumber Balsamic Vinegar
- 1 tsp Greek Tzatziki Seasoning
- 1 1/2 tsp Citrus Dill Sea Salt
- 1/4 cup Scallions
Instructions:
- In a large stock pot, cover diced potatoes with cold water.
- Bring to boil and cook potatoes until fork tender, about 10-12 minutes once boiling. Drain.
- In a large bowl combine potatoes, olive oil, mayo, balsamic, tzatziki, and sea salt.
- Top with scallions and serve. Enjoy!
