Quick & Tangy Citrus Pickled Cucumbers

Ingredients:

• 2 Cucumbers sliced
• 1/2 cup Prosecco Wine Vinegar
• 2 Tbsp Sugar
• 2 tsp Garlic & Herb Dipper
• 1/8 tsp Ground Black Pepper
• 3/4 tsp Lime Fresco Sea Salt
• 2 Tbsp Shallot chopped
• 1 Tbsp Lemon Juice

Instructions:

1. In a mixing bowl, combine the cucumbers, vinegar, sugar, dipper, pepper, salt, chopped shallot, and lemon juice. Toss, cover and chill for 4 hours.
