  • Roasted Turnips with Verdello Oil & Vinegar
  • Baked Beet Salad/ Peach Arugula Goat Cheese
  • Brined Roasted Whole Chicken with Roasted Seasonal Veggie
  • “Peeled” tomatoes & Pan roasted Zucchini: cancasse preparation
