Love at First Bite – Sushi Making Workshop

This hands-on sushi-making class teaches essential techniques for crafting perfect rolls, including preparing seasoned rice, selecting fresh fish, and mastering rolling skills (maki, uramaki, hand-rolls). Led by expert chef Matt Culver, this interactive session features premium ingredients, a fun environment and skills building. Participants will gain the confidence to create professional-quality sushi at home, covering numerous popular favorites.
Fundamental Skills: Learn to cook and season sushi rice, handle nori, and use a bamboo rolling mat (makisu).
Knife Skills: Proper techniques for slicing fish and vegetables for sushi, sashimi, or garnishes.
Product Knowledge: how to properly source fish, produce and other necessary ingredients.
