Norwegian Flair

This class features a unique culinary experience on Norwegian food.  Many of Norway’s traditional dishes have been prepared for centuries and made to last through the long Norwegian winters. Chef Megan will present her favorites and teach you all about these traditional foods that continue to be cooked and loved by millions. 


  • Gravlax: prepared cured salmon, rye toast, and mustard dill sauce
  • “Kjottkaker” Norwegian meatballs: warm spices, rolled beef served with brown gravy sauce
  • Lefse: griddle cake served with cinnamon sugar, lingonberry jam & Ski Queen(caramelized cheese)
  • Eplepai: Apple Cake
  • Norwegian 75: Elderflower Cocktail: vodka-gin, elderflower liqueur
