- Guacamole Molcajete and Yellow Pico de Gallo – avocado, charred corn, hatch chiles made in a molcajete + a fresh pico of yellow tomatoes, jalapenos, red onion, cilantro and lime – served with corn tortilla chips
- Serape Salad – a colorful salad of romaine, pintos, tomatoes, kalamatas and white cheddar — blanketed with blue corn chips and dressed to impress with a tangy balsamic vinaigrette
- Ancho Chile Chicken Tamales – shredded chicken bathed in an ancho chile sauce
